Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry. Sprinkle half of the salt over the wings and arrange them on the baking sheet.
- Bake the wings for 20 minutes. Flip the wings and sprinkle the remaining salt on top. Bake for another 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a skillet, combine water, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, chili sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, curry powder, and lime juice. Whisk together and bring to a low boil.
- Simmer the sauce for 5-7 minutes until it thickens. Once the wings are done, toss them in the sauce until coated.
- Transfer wings to a serving platter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, chopped green onions, and red chilies before serving.
