Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the diced white onion for about 3 minutes until tender.
  3. Add ground beef, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Drain and add the canned petite diced tomatoes; simmer for 5-7 minutes until most liquid evaporates.
  5. Layer two wonton wrappers in each muffin tin cup, add shredded cheese at the bottom, fill with beef mixture, and top with more cheese.
