For the Stir Fry
  • 1 pound Large shrimp (peeled and deveined) Commonly 16-20 count size recommended, thaw if frozen.
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets Can substitute with snap peas or green beans.
  • 1 cup Red onion (chopped) Shallots can be used as an alternative.
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper (chopped) Green bell pepper can be substituted.
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds Optional but highly recommended for presentation.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic until smooth. Set aside.
  3. In the prepared baking pan, mix together shrimp, broccoli, onion, and bell pepper. Drizzle teriyaki sauce over and coat evenly.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes, flipping shrimp and stirring vegetables halfway through.
  5. Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice or noodles.
