Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 lb white fish cut into chunks
  • 1/2 lb lump crab meat
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a casserole dish
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour to make a roux
  3. Gradually whisk in milk and cream, cooking until thickened
  4. Season with Old Bay, salt, and pepper
  5. Add shrimp, fish, and crab to the sauce and cook 2–3 minutes
  6. Pour mixture into the casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese
  7. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden
  9.  

Notes

  • Use any seafood mix of your choice
  • Add lemon juice or parsley for a fresh touch
