Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a casserole dish
- In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour to make a roux
- Gradually whisk in milk and cream, cooking until thickened
- Season with Old Bay, salt, and pepper
- Add shrimp, fish, and crab to the sauce and cook 2–3 minutes
- Pour mixture into the casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese
- Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden

- Use any seafood mix of your choice
- Add lemon juice or parsley for a fresh touch
