- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add shredded chicken, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Squeeze lime juice over the chicken and mix.
- Warm tortillas and fill each with the seasoned chicken.
- Top with your favorite toppings and serve.
Notes
- This recipe works great with rotisserie chicken or leftover cooked chicken. Add some jalapeños or hot sauce for extra heat!
