Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring salted water to a boil, add pasta, and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining.
  2. Sauté the Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add onion, and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and bell pepper, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Cook the Shrimp: Increase heat and add shrimp, seasoning with salt, pepper, and jerk seasoning. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Create the Creamy Sauce: Reduce heat, add coconut milk and lime juice, stirring to combine. Let simmer for 3-5 minutes, adjusting with reserved pasta water if necessary.
  5. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Toss drained pasta with shrimp and sauce until well coated. Adjust seasonings to taste.
