Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, and brown sugar until dissolved. Coat skirt steak, marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. While the steak marinates, dice roasted red peppers, red onion, and garlic. Mix with parsley, oregano, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat (400°F). Sear steak for 2.5 to 3 minutes each side for medium-rare.
  4. Let steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice against grain into thin strips.
  5. Plate steak, top with roasted red pepper relish, and serve with arugula salad or over rice.
