Method

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Add 1 chopped yellow onion, 1 diced celery stalk, and 1 diced green pepper to the pan. Sauté for 7-10 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Stir in 1 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of yellow mustard, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, and 1/4 cup of water. Mix thoroughly and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Slice the Sweet Hawaiian dinner rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the pan.
  5. Spoon the simmered meat mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls and place the top half back on, pressing down gently.
  6. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes until slightly crispy. Then cover with aluminum foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, and cut into sliders. Serve warm.
