Ingredients
  

  • pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can 10.25 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 2 packets 1.74 ounces total chicken gravy mix
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Lightly grease the slow cooker to prevent sticking.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in an even layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, chicken gravy mix, water, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken, ensuring it's fully covered.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  6. Shred the chicken using two forks and mix it well with the gravy.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  8. Serve warm over mashed potatoes, rice, biscuits, or egg noodles.
