Method
- Place chicken in crockpot. Mix teriyaki sauce, garlic, and honey, and pour over chicken.
- Cook on low for 4–6 hours. Remove chicken, shred or slice.
- Thicken sauce with cornstarch slurry in a saucepan, then pour over chicken.
- Garnish and serve.
Notes
- Pairs perfectly with rice or steamed broccoli.
- Use low-sodium teriyaki for a lighter version.
