Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Chicken Wings: Thoroughly dry the chicken wings with paper towels. In a large bowl, combine wings with olive oil and seasoning.
  2. Smoke the Chicken Wings: Preheat your smoker to 225°F. Place seasoned wings on the grate and smoke for 60–75 minutes.
  3. Make the Hot Honey Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stir in honey, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Crisp the Wings: Increase smoker temperature to 375°F and cook wings for another 15–20 minutes until they reach 175–185°F.
  5. Toss in Hot Honey Sauce: Transfer wings to a bowl and pour hot honey sauce over them. Toss until well-coated.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Serve wings immediately, garnishing with parsley or sesame seeds. Pair with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
