- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned; drain excess grease.
- In a large bowl, mix sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked beef mixture and cooked noodles to the bowl; stir to combine.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
