Preparing the Dumplings
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, chili paste, sesame oil, chopped scallions, and cornstarch. Mix until well incorporated.
- Lay out dumpling wrappers. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wrapper, moisten edges with water, fold, and pinch tightly to seal.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Fry the dumplings for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden-brown. Flip gently.
