Method
 

Preparing the Dumplings

  2. Lay out dumpling wrappers. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wrapper, moisten edges with water, fold, and pinch tightly to seal.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Fry the dumplings for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden-brown. Flip gently.
  5. Drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Garnish with additional scallions or sesame seeds.
