Preparation Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, chili paste, sesame oil, scallions, and cornstarch. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Place dumpling wrappers on a flat surface, spoon filling onto the center of each, wet edges, fold and pinch to seal.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes until shimmering.
- Fry dumplings in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil, and garnish if desired.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
