While the chicken is cooking, prepare the Avocado Lime Sauce. In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
To assemble the tacos, place a portion of the spiced chicken on each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
Drizzle the Avocado Lime Sauce over the top of each taco. Serve immediately.
