Preparation Steps
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine 3 ounces of softened cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt. Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend these ingredients until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add 2 teaspoons of ranch seasoning and ½ teaspoon of garlic powder to the cream cheese and yogurt blend. Mix thoroughly until all spices are fully incorporated.
- Chop 1 medium cucumber and 1/3 cup of cooked, crumbled bacon into bite-sized pieces, ensuring maximum crunch.
- To the bowl with your creamy dressing, add 12.5 ounces of chopped or canned chicken, 2 finely diced jalapenos, 1/3 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and ¼ cup of chopped green onions. Stir gently until well-coated.
- Place the salad mixture in a serving bowl and gently toss again for even distribution. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
