  • 1 can Canned Tuna Ensure it is packed in oil.
  • 1/4 cup Masago Can substitute with tobiko or omit.

  • 1 tbsp Furikake Sprinkle generously on top.
  • 4 sheets Nori Sheets Serve on the side.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear, cook according to instructions, and mix in sushi seasoning.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread and press seasoned sushi rice in a greased baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle masago evenly over rice, followed by furikake, pressing gently.
  4. Mix imitation crab, Japanese mayo, cream cheese, ponzu, and black pepper until smooth, then layer over rice.
  5. In another bowl, mix canned tuna with Korean chili paste and black pepper, then layer over creamy crab mixture.
  6. Drizzle Japanese mayo over the top and sprinkle with furikake.
  7. Broil for 3-5 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes, cut into squares, and serve with crispy nori on the side.
