Preparation Steps
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear, cook according to instructions, and mix in sushi seasoning.

- In another bowl, mix canned tuna with Korean chili paste and black pepper, then layer over creamy crab mixture.
- Drizzle Japanese mayo over the top and sprinkle with furikake.
- Broil for 3-5 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes, cut into squares, and serve with crispy nori on the side.
