Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring continuously until a soft dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into four equal portions, roll each into a ball and flatten it to form bagels, pressing a hole in the center.
  6. Beat one egg and coat the tops of each bagel with the egg wash.
