Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
While the bread is toasting, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
Once the bread is toasted, remove it from the oven. Spread the crumbled bleu cheese evenly over each slice.
Top the bleu cheese with the chopped bacon and sliced avocado.
Drizzle Sriracha sauce over the top, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Return the toasts to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes, just until the cheese starts to melt slightly.
Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped chives, and serve immediately.
