Method
Prepare the Popcorn Base:
- Place the popcorn and Lucky Charms cereal in a large mixing bowl.
Make the Marshmallow Coating:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until smooth.
Coat the Popcorn Mix:
- Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and cereal.
- Gently stir until everything is evenly coated.
Add Toppings:
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle mint M&Ms and festive sprinkles over the top.
Let It Set and Serve:
- Allow the popcorn to cool and set for 15-20 minutes.
- Break into clusters and enjoy!
Notes
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
- For extra sweetness, drizzle white chocolate over the mix before it sets.
- Swap mint M&Ms for regular M&Ms if preferred.
