Method
- Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear steaks to desired doneness. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté shrimp with Cajun seasoning until pink.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Spoon sauce and shrimp over steaks. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning for more or less heat. Serve with mashed potatoes or garlic butter pasta.
