Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Step 1: Cook the Noodles - Cook rice noodles according to package instructions, usually 4-6 minutes. Drain and rinse.
  2. Step 2: Marinate the Chicken - Marinate chicken in cornstarch and soy sauce for about 10 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Whisk the Sauce - Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, sriracha, and toasted sesame oil.
  4. Step 4: Cook the Chicken - Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Step 5: Sauté the Vegetables - Sauté garlic, red bell pepper, and carrots in the same pan for about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Step 6: Combine Chicken and Sauce - Add chicken back to the pan and pour the sauce over. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Step 7: Add the Noodles - Toss in the cooked noodles and ensure they are coated in the sauce.
