Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs, then add strawberry puree, milk, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until just combined.
- Pour into pan and bake 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before frosting or serving.

- Top with strawberry cream cheese frosting or whipped cream.
- Use freeze-dried strawberry powder for a deeper color and flavor.
