Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cold brew coffee
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey or to taste
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries and honey. Blend until smooth. If you prefer a chunkier texture, pulse the blender a few times instead of blending completely. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract using an electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip.
  3. Gently fold the strawberry puree into the whipped cream until well combined, creating a light pink foam.
  4. Fill two glasses with ice cubes and pour cold brew coffee over the ice, filling each glass about three-quarters full.
  5. Spoon the strawberry foam on top of the cold brew coffee, dividing it evenly between the two glasses.
  6. Serve immediately with a straw or a spoon, and enjoy your refreshing drink!
