Method
- Toss sliced chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch; let sit for 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, 5–6 minutes.
- Add garlic, ginger, and vegetables. Stir fry for 3–4 minutes.
- Pour in sauce and cook until thickened and everything is coated.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- You can swap in your favorite vegetables or add chili flakes for heat.
- Use pre-chopped stir fry mix for quicker prep.
