- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 pound of lean ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Stir in garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, green onions, low sodium soy sauce, and optional sriracha. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of avocado oil over medium heat until shimmering. Add 4 cups of shredded Brussels sprouts and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and tender.
- Return the sautéed beef to the skillet with the Brussels sprouts. Pour in 1/4 cup of sweet chili sauce and squeeze lime juice over. Stir well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from heat and serve warm. If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
