Step-by-Step Instructions for MAPLE BACON CARROTS
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and peel the whole carrots, cut them into uniform lengths, and tightly wrap them with slices of bacon.
  3. Place wrapped carrots on the lined baking sheet and season with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika or BBQ dry rub.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until bacon is crispy and carrots are tender.
  5. Remove from oven and brush warmed hot honey over each carrot, then bake for an additional 5 minutes.
