Method
- In a skillet or air fryer, cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together BBQ sauce and orange marmalade.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes until bubbly, then add cooked chicken.
- Toss to coat and simmer another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens and clings to the chicken.
- Serve over rice or with steamed veggies.
Notes
- Use crispy chicken nuggets or popcorn chicken for an ultra-fast version.
- Add red pepper flakes or sriracha for a spicy kick.
