Method
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add asparagus and cook for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side.
- Stir in sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until sauce is heated and shrimp are glazed.
- Garnish and serve.
Notes
- Serve over rice or noodles for a full meal.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra heat.
