Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 bunch asparagus trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add asparagus and cook for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side.
  4. Stir in sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic.
  5. Cook for another 2 minutes until sauce is heated and shrimp are glazed.
  6. Garnish and serve.

Notes

  • Serve over rice or noodles for a full meal.
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra heat.
