Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, brown sugar, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Place cubed chicken breasts into the crockpot. Add diced red bell pepper and pineapple chunks on top.
  3. Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the chicken and vegetables. Gently stir the ingredients together to coat.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours, monitoring occasionally.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, adjust seasoning if needed and allow sauce to thicken.
