Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages 14 oz each smoked sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Oven
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  4. Prepare the Sauce
  5. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
  6. Coat the Sausage
  7. Add the sliced smoked sausage to the bowl and toss to fully coat each piece in the sauce.
  8. Bake

  10. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is thickened and bubbly.
