Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef (or turkey), panko breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, low-sodium soy sauce, gochujang, brown sugar, sesame oil, and beaten egg. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a lined loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes on a cutting board.
- Slice the meatloaf and garnish with chopped green onions and optional sesame seeds.
