Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  5. In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, and honey over medium heat. Stir for about 5 minutes.
  6. Once baked, toss the meatballs with the warm cranberry glaze in a mixing bowl.
  7. Serve the glazed meatballs on a platter, optionally garnished with extra parsley.
