- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, and honey over medium heat. Stir for about 5 minutes.
