Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag 32 oz frozen tater tots
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  4. Pour the beef mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese over the beef mixture.
  6. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the tater tots are crispy and golden brown.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  9. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
