Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Stir in 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 1/2 cup of roasted red peppers, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of dried basil, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream, stirring well, and bring to a gentle simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Add 3 cups of cooked cheese tortellini and 2 cups of chopped spinach. Gently fold everything together for about 2 minutes.
