- Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- Prepare the Pie Crust
- Roll out your pie crust and press it into the greased pie dish. Trim any excess and crimp the edges for a polished look.
- Mix Wet Ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add Eggs and Vanilla
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract. Mix until well incorporated.
- Combine Dry Ingredients
- In a separate bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the Chocolate and Candy
- Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and M&Ms, reserving a handful of M&Ms for topping.
- Assemble the Pie
- Pour the cookie dough mixture into the prepared pie crust, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the reserved M&Ms on top for extra color and crunch.
- Bake
- Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool and Serve
- Let the pie cool completely on a wire rack before slicing. Serve with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or a drizzle of chocolate syrup for added decadence.
