Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix mashed bananas, cocoa powder, and nut butter until smooth.
- Pour mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until set and slightly firm on top.
- Cool before slicing. Store in the fridge for a fudgier texture.

- Add chocolate chips or a splash of vanilla for extra flavor.
- Use natural peanut butter for best results.
