- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the cooked pasta until well combined.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with parsley if desired.
