Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz pasta elbow or rotini
  • 1 can 5 oz tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in the cooked pasta until well combined.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

  • Swap mayo for Greek yogurt for a lighter option. Add chopped pickles or capers for an extra punch of flavor.
