- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider rolls in half and arrange the bottom halves in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Stir until fully blended, then spread this mixture over the cut sides of the bottom rolls.
- Layer the cooked turkey evenly over the mayonnaise-covered rolls. Spoon the cranberry sauce over the turkey, then sprinkle cheese over the cranberry.
- Place the top halves of the slider rolls over the cheese layer and gently press down.
- Melt butter and whisk in garlic powder, onion powder, and optional toppings. Brush generously over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden and melty.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes, then cut between the rolls and serve warm.
