In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into patties.
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
While the patties are cooking, mix the mayonnaise and chipotle sauce in a small bowl to create the chipotle mayo.
Toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
Assemble the sliders by spreading chipotle mayo on the bottom half of each bun, adding a turkey patty, a slice of avocado, lettuce, and tomato. Top with the other half of the bun.
