Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups 250 g cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 8 oz 225 g cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup 120 ml ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • ½ cup 120 ml buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1 cup 100 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup 50 g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • For serving: Tortilla chips crackers, celery sticks, or carrot sticks

Method
 

  1. Preheat the OvenPreheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Dip MixtureIn a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch or blue cheese dressing, and buffalo wing sauce. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the Chicken and CheesesFold in the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix until evenly combined.
  4. Assemble the DipTransfer the mixture to an 8×8-inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Bake the DipPlace the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the cheese on top is melted and golden brown.
