Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional: sour cream guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  3. Warm tortillas in the microwave or on a pan for easy rolling.
  4. Assemble burritos by layering beef, rice, beans, salsa, and cheese in the center of each tortilla.
  5. Fold and roll tightly.
  6. Optional: toast the wrapped burritos in a skillet for a crispy finish.
