Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Toss apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup, then place in a baking dish
- In a bowl, mix oats, almond flour, sugar, and coconut oil until crumbly
- Sprinkle topping over apples and bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden and bubbly

- Use gluten-free oats to keep it GF
- Top with vegan ice cream for a treat
- Pears can be substituted for apples
