Step-by-Step Instructions for Vegan Melona Bars
- Start by cutting ripe honeydew into chunks and placing them in a blender. Blend on high until smooth, approximately 1-2 minutes.
- Add raw cane sugar and unsweetened plant milk to the honeydew puree in the blender. Blend for another 30 seconds until well combined.
- Carefully pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
- Transfer the filled molds to the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
- Once frozen solid, remove the Vegan Melona Bars from the molds. If difficult to release, run warm water over the molds for 10-15 seconds.
