Step-by-Step Instructions for Vegan Melona Bars
  1. Start by cutting ripe honeydew into chunks and placing them in a blender. Blend on high until smooth, approximately 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add raw cane sugar and unsweetened plant milk to the honeydew puree in the blender. Blend for another 30 seconds until well combined.
  3. Carefully pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
  4. Transfer the filled molds to the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
  5. Once frozen solid, remove the Vegan Melona Bars from the molds. If difficult to release, run warm water over the molds for 10-15 seconds.
