  1. Prepare Jackfruit: Drain and rinse the canned young green jackfruit under cold water. Pull apart into shredded pieces.
  2. Marinate: Combine plant-based milk, apple cider vinegar, and hot sauce in a bowl. Submerge jackfruit and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Set up Breading Station: Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in one bowl, with breadcrumbs in another.
  4. Coat Jackfruit: Dip each piece into the flour mix, then the milk marinade, and finally into the breadcrumbs.
  5. Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Arrange jackfruit in a single layer, spray lightly with oil. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
