  1. Gather your ingredients: chickpea flour, tapioca flour, fresh spinach, water, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Assess the thickness of your batter. For thicker tortillas, use approximately 1 cup of water. For thinner tortillas, gradually add up to 1 1/8 cups of water.
