Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
- Cream butter, cookie butter, and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 9–11 minutes.
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack
Notes
- Chill dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
- Drizzle with extra melted cookie butter for presentation.
