Ingredients
  

  • 3 –4 pound beef chuck roast
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh herbs optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place roast in a baking dish or Dutch oven. Pour sauce mixture over the roast and cover tightly with foil or lid.
  4. Bake for 3–3.5 hours or until beef is fork-tender.
  5. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing or shredding. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
