Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
 - In a bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
 - Place roast in a baking dish or Dutch oven. Pour sauce mixture over the roast and cover tightly with foil or lid.
 - Bake for 3–3.5 hours or until beef is fork-tender.
 - Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing or shredding. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
 
Notes
- Great served with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
 - Leftovers are perfect for sandwiches or sliders.
