Method
 

Preparation
  1. Whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, and egg until smooth and well-combined. Set aside.
  2. Press down the center of each brioche slice to create a well.
  3. Spoon custard mixture into the wells of the brioche slices. Add toppings of blueberries and sliced strawberries.
  4. For air fryer method, preheat to 380°F. Cook for 10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. For oven method, preheat to 400°F. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden crust forms.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle honey on top.
