Preparation
- Whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, and egg until smooth and well-combined. Set aside.
- Press down the center of each brioche slice to create a well.
- Spoon custard mixture into the wells of the brioche slices. Add toppings of blueberries and sliced strawberries.
- For air fryer method, preheat to 380°F. Cook for 10 minutes until golden brown.
- For oven method, preheat to 400°F. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden crust forms.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle honey on top.
