Description

These Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are little pockets of cheesy, garlicky perfection! With a gooey mozzarella center, buttery garlic topping, and golden biscuit exterior, they’re quick to make and impossible to resist. Perfect for snacking, appetizers, or as a side dish to your favorite meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury biscuits
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands to create a round shape.
  • Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Fold the dough over the cheese, pinching the edges tightly to seal.
  • Arrange the cheese-filled biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and Italian seasoning. Brush this garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of the biscuits.
  • Bake the biscuits for 12–15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed up.
  • (Optional) Sprinkle the hot biscuits with grated Parmesan cheese for an extra cheesy finish.
  • Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, cheesy center!

Notes

  • Cheese Variations: Try using cheddar, gouda, or pepper jack for a different flavor profile.
  • Reheating: Warm leftovers in a low oven to maintain their crispiness and gooey center.
  • Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Dipping Sauce: Serve with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or garlic aioli for added flavor.
